THE PURPOSE
For SMART Technologies, we opened a direct dialogue with teachers through social medial networks. The aim was to experiment with the use of social media to bring teachers and education influencers closer together.
THE PROJECT
Redesign the Facebook page, Twitter profile and YouTube channel. Manage the social media channels and promote community involvement. Monitor brand reputation online and promote the “Love of Learning” Facebook competition.
Results achieved:
– Tripled the number of Twitter followers in nine months
– Increased the number of likes on Facebook from 11 to 2139
– Doubled the number of tweets per month
– YouTube video views increased from 0 to 991
